The home buying process can be stressful but Traci put us at ease as soon as we met her. She as very responsive, patient and knowledgeable with any questions we had. We cannot say enough about how amazing she was. We will miss working with her!!

We interviewed Traci in the Winter, planning on putting our house up in the Spring. We had interviewed three other real estate agents. Traci was honest right off the bat. She explained how stressful this may be. When she came to see our house she made suggestions, like painting the trim in the basement and redoing some ceiling tile. That was appreciated so much. She also was reasonable in her commission and her suggestion for an asking price was right on. Traci was not pushy in any way. When we were ready she came in, and we signed the papers. Traci went right to work, constantly in touch with us. We had an open house right away and a few private showings. Our house had an offer pretty quickly. The contract was signed etc. However we had a problems with our tenant not wanting to move out. Traci helped us with that as well. It was very stressful. Traci is a very calm person and helped us stay calm ourselves. She did a fantastic job with the inspection, and the appraisal. She guided us every step of the way and never overwhelmed us. She taught us how to be proactive sellers and everything worked out as planned. We highly recommend Traci. She's knows the ins and outs of this business. She is experienced and very knowledgeable. We couldn't have made our dream move without her!!!
